Rock Climbing: Have you got a head for heights? There is only one way to find out! After being introduced to some basic climbing rope work and safety principles used by climbers the world over, you'll be ready to tackle rock climbs ranging in difficulty from the comfortably easy to ridiculously hard...the choice is yours..
Abseiling / Rappelling: Letting yourself out on a rope ...Anything from 5m to 35m abseils will provide your personal challenge requiring faith and courage in yourself and your instructors as you lean back over the edge and start your descent. You'll be surprised by the emotions that can rush around your body before during and after your first abseil...usually enough to want to rush back up and have another go.
Hiking: walks are designed to be a safe, challenging means of getting closer to some tremendous natural sights. Early morning excursion to work up that appetite and admire the views or a day long ramble in the jungle
Jummaring involves the use of a small device we attach to a rope to prevent you slipping back down the slope. You still have to climb.
Valley Crossing: a challenge that helps people to discover that they are stronger than they realize. We stretch a one hundred foot static line rope across a creek bed. You are harnessed and helmeted, connected to a karabiner and attached to the rope, upside down. You then pull hand over hand, inch by inch from one side of the stream bed to the other.
